Summer is an amazing time of the year! Whether it’s walking up the mountains, along the sea or simply strolling along the city centre – I love it. And probably, as I write this and the lockdown in Scotland is easing off – this year even more so than maybe any other summer!

This was a first…. A three day mindset retreat I had booked to attend in person was moved on-line by the organisers. Granted – I was a little skeptical, after all – I had booked this event for my own personal growth and the growth of Rutz Consulting as Best In Class Service Provider in the Contact Center Industry.

Core Values should translate into all areas of business. Your core values should filter through every single layer of the company from the top to the bottom, from left to right, and span each decision, and action taken.
When flights get cancelled, it can be a nightmare. Cancellations are relatively regular across the board, usually due to factors out of anybody’s control, but that doesn’t stop it from causing havoc.

We have all been there, one of our key team members fell ill with burn out, stress, spine injury, cancer. We rotate, reassign their duties, adjust deadlines if that’s even possible and get into a mood of “I must ensure the project gets out the door on time” and ” everybody can be replaced”
