I have never seen so many celebrations going on since the lock-down in the UK since Covid-19 began! People seem to remember that there is more to life than work, stress, money!
I was asked to talk about some of the problems of trying to shift very quickly to a work from home strategy – just as many companies are doing right now.

Core Values should translate into all areas of business. Your core values should filter through every single layer of the company from the top to the bottom, from left to right, and span each decision, and action taken.
When flights get cancelled, it can be a nightmare. Cancellations are relatively regular across the board, usually due to factors out of anybody’s control, but that doesn’t stop it from causing havoc.
